Working closely with civil society partners since 1993, the Heinrich Böll Foundation was the first German political foundation to establish co-operation with partners in Cambodia. Building on past achievements, our current program focuses on two areas of importance for the future development of the country: 
Gender Democracy and Resource Governance. Serving as a link between stakeholders from non-governmental and academic organizations, the private sector and government, the Cambodia Country Office facilitates dialogue, joint learning and collaborative action.
